You can cancel your service for any reason in the first 30 days and receive a full refund of all money paid, less domain registration (non-refundable).  After the first 30 days, web design fees paid are non-refundable, annual hosting is refundable on a pro-rated basis, less a three month penalty.  Monthly hosting is non-refundable, though you can cancel at any time with no penalty.
