Answer
If you are logging in to webmail with the correct username (your full email address) and your email password, check to see if cookies are enabled in your web browser. Our webmail / squirrelmail requires cookies to be turned on, but unfortunately will not tell you this.

Make sure "Accept cookies from sites" is checked. We recommend you uncheck "Accept third-party cookies" but that is optional.

Move the slider down to "Medium" security (but not lower!)
